FOMO has since entered the dictionary, and FOBO was the subject of his popular TED Talk How to Make Faster Decisions.

Patrick is the creator and host of the hit podcast FOMO Sapiens, and the author of the international bestsellers Fear of Missing Out and The 10% Entrepreneur.
